Corby Spruance is a consummate professional, every aspect of his work on my home purchase was superb. I was working with a very tight schedule for closing due to my landlord selling with short notice , and the deal was further complicated by being a short sale and non-traditional housing unit within the proximity market. Corby worked closely with the mortgage officer, bank and short sale negotiator to make the deal work by the deadline. If you are buying or selling a home, I would give him my highest recommendation, as an agent he has the skill set to make what can be a difficult process smooth and free of the usual stress related to unresponsive realtors.
